The Job.

As part of the French support team you will advise and support customers via email, chat and ticketing system (not on the phone). The main tasks include:

– Solving any incidences of customers via chat, email and ticketing system
– Providing excellence supports towards banking customers
– Handling administrative tasks
– Improving knowledge about product and services

Our partner is an international Contact Solutions provider working with leading companies and having a worldwide presence. For one of their clients, a mobile bank, they are currently recruiting a French speaker for their office in Münster, Germany.
Requirements
The Profile.

– Excellent level of French and good command in English
– Professional and very good French writing skills
– Experience in customer service would be a plus
– Customer service oriented, friendly and good telephone manner
– Flexible, pro-active and a fast-learner
– Good MS-Office skills
– EU citizenship or valid work permit for Germany
Responsibilities
