70.000€ - 75.000€ + BONUS

As a Data Scientist you will be working with one of the leading industrial companies in Germany. The company is going through growth due to their continued success and are now expanding their Data Science team. They offer the fantastic opportunity to question the data science team of how they can improve the business value, yet still giving everyone the freedom to look for their own projects within the business.

Supporting growth is key at this company hence, the candidate will benefit from individual mentoring and training.


As a Data Scientist in this fast-paced team, you will be working on large data sets alongside your colleagues to create innovative and forward-thinking data driven solutions. You will combine your technical skills with the ability to translate insights to a non-technical audience.

In specific you can expect to be involved in the following:

  • Machine learning is one of the core tasks from developing, testing and implementing machine learning algorithms using Python
  • Data Architectures and data lakes development and implementation
  • To be able to have all data available for Machine learning, a close collaboration with Data Engineers and IT is required
  • Provide support to other departments in terms of the digitalization


  • Master's degree in information technology, computer science or mathematics (PhD is not required but an advantage)
  • Profound knowledge in Python to be used for machine learning
  • Big data technologies should be familiar as well as cloud solutions (like AWS and Azure)
  • Knowledge in deep learning and time-series sensor data is advantageable
  • Participation in Kaggle challenges or Hackathons in the past is a benefit
  • High curiosity in working innovatively, independent but also loving to solve problems in a team
  • Experience or strong interest in industry-related fields
